Since we are a travel website aiming for tourists of Hong Kong and our products are from Hong Kong, we are currently only ship the product to an address outside of Hong Kong.
All of the credit card information and transaction are stored (if you choose to save card information for future purchase) and process through Stripe payment gateway: https://stripe.com We do not store nor process any of your credit card information and transaction at our side/server.
Once the order is shipped, we will sent you a confirmation email along with the tracking number for your reference. The handling time for each order normally takes 1-4 business days (according to the Hong Kong general calendar) before being shipped.
The maximum quantity of items per order is 3. That is to ensure that the order’s size and weight are not exceed the limitation of the courier/post service
If the tracking state of the order has not been updated for 2 weeks time, please contact our support by email [email protected] with the tracking number, we will issue an official request to the post office for investigation.

We ship to most countries in the world. The shipping fee will be shown to those countries which we ship to after shipping after has inputted.
We ship the item through Hong Kong Post airmail with tracking, we also use SF express for places without airmail postage service from Hong Kong.
Customs duties and import taxes for the order may vary from country to country. Buyers are responsible for these charges and buyers should inquire their local post office and custom before ordering to clarify the charges.

You need to choose Euro as the display currency in order for Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS (Austrian), iDeal, Przelewy24 (P24) payment options to be shown at the check out page.
We will cancel and refund your order if the item is out of stock, damage before the order shipped or there is an issue with shipping such as airmail service is being canceled from Hong Kong to the destination country.
