The Lam Tei Irrigation Reservoir is located in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong China. It is a funnel-shaped irrigation reservoir. The water from the reservoir will go through the Tuen Mun River and into the Castle Peak Bay. The Lam Tei Irrigation Reservoir was opened on 28 March 1957. Because it is at the country side with country parks nearby, it is a great place for hiking and enjoy beautiful view.
