The Tung Chung Fort is located in Tung Chung, Lantau Island of Hong Kong China. It is a fort surrounded by 2 villages: Sheung Ling Pei and Ha Ling Pei. The Tung Chung Fort was originally built in around 1174–1189 of the Southern Song dynasty, back in the time the fort was built to fight again salt smugglers. Later during World War II, the Tung Chung Fort became a police station and late as Wa Ying College. Now, it is a declared a monument.
