The steps you need to do is to fill in the shipping details when your buy the item with their address and your name behind the address, the addressee is your name, the addressee’ phone number is your mobile phone number (Hong Kong China or China mainland mobile phone number). When you collect the item, you need to present your name, the courier’s name and the tracking number. There is a service charge for receiving the item for you and it depends on the size of the items and the period of which they are keeping the item for you. The base charge is from 3-20 RMB (on March 204) for various size and within a period of time. They will destroy the item if you don’t collect after a certain period of time. We don’t give details on the charge, terms and the period of time of the items allowed here because they might change time after time. Please go to the store and confirm the service detail time after time.
SF express “Collect on behalf of” service at Liantang Port Shopping Mall Shenzhen
For the SF express, form what we saw from the banner with the ordering instructions in the store on March 2024. you need to scan the QR code on the banner with WeChat Pay to see the details of the service. We do suggest you pay a visit to the shop and consult the staffs there if you have questions on their service.
