The OCT Loft is located in the Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. It was an industrial estate and now it revamped into a cultural space with arts everywhere such as statues, sculptures, painting on the road and wall etc. It also has shops selling creative art item, restaurants, bars and café with special artistic design. There are also many art studios.
