The Kun Lam Ecumenical Centre, also known locally as the Guanyin Statue, is a 20-meter-tall statue of Guanyin standing on a 7-meter-high lotus base. Located on an artificial island, the statue was inaugurated in 1999. The lotus base houses a souvenir shop, exhibition hall, and a small library.
