The Signal Hill Garden is located in Tsim Sha Tsui of Hong Kong China. The special thing about this garden is that it has a tower called the Signal Tower. The Signal Tower was built in 1907 by the Hong Kong Observatory which is used for signaling accurate time to the mariners and the public and now is a declared monument.
