The Windsurfing Memorial Garden is a park in Cheung Chau, Hong Kong China. It is next to the beach. The park commemorates Lee Lai-shan who won a windsurfing gold medal in the 1996 Olympic Games as well as the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Regional Council.
